Our housing developments

BOIS-FRANC

Upon the invitation of Bombardier Real Estate Services, developer of the master plan of the Bois-Franc housing development in Saint-Laurent, to join the project in 1993. Since that time, nearly one thousand single-family houses, townhouses and condominiums have been designed, built and delivered there by the Sotramont.

VILLAS SUR RIVE

In 2002, the Group teamed up with Groupe St-Jacques Fortin to meet the demand for the new Villas-sur-rive project in Ste-Dorothée, Laval. In cooperation with the developers (Groupe LSR and CDP Capital), Constructions Sainte-Dorothée Inc. plans on having built and delivered over 400 different units by the end of the project: duplexes, single-family homes and townhouses.

CALGARY

Cochrane is located 10 minutes west of Calgary, 35 minutes from downtown by car.
